Set on 3.6 hectares of land in the ministerial zone of the new Federal Capital, this office comprises three office blocks and a multi-story parking block to be developed in two phases. The first phase, an H-shaped low-rise building on eight floors, with a gross floor area of 18,000 sm has offices located around courtyards allowing for maximum natural ventilation. Air conditioning is by console units for the individual offices. The internal and external finishes of fully vitrified floor tiles and mosaic respectively ensures minimal maintenance.
