Located outside of Lagos on the Lekki peninsula, the campus of ChevronTexaco Nigeria Limited is a self-supporting complex designed within three distinct planning zones: office/food service and related facilities, utility/warehousing and housing and associated functions. Future expansion and housing density options were considered during phased development stages allowing for population growth to accommodate up to 1,800 people in the first phase and 3,100 people over time.
