The 10-storey building which is under construction, provides approximately 12740 sq.m of gross space and 9550 sq.m of net office space on the ground floor and 8 upper levels. Each upper floor has a net floor area of 1090 sq.m.
There are 2 upper parking levels for 84 cars and 14 visitors’ car parks externally. This makes a total of 98 car parks. The design is based on the structural grid based on the existing piles. Two rows of additional piles will be added in the front and the rear of the existing piles in order to meet the space requirements of MTB.
Services are designed to be modular and decentralized for ease of maintenance. The exterior façade is finished in mosaic tiles, which require minimal maintenance. The windows are reflective in tinted anodized frames.
Completion date is July 2005.
