Located on a corner site in the business district of Lagos, this building was designed not only as a multi-story office block but also to provide out-patient facilities for St. Nicholas Hospital to which it is linked through a covered passageway on the ground floor. The out-patient facility occupies the ground and mezzanine floors of the building with its own entrance on Hospital Road while the 11 upper floors consist of 7,000 sm of office space with a separate entrance on Catholic Mission Road. Additionally, there are three levels of multi-story car parking sandwiched between the outpatient facility and the office tower. The building, which has a concrete frame, is covered externally with mosaic tiles. The office tower is air-conditioned with split units whilst the out-patients’ area is centrally air conditioned.
