Located in the professional centre of Victoria Island, this head office building was designed to accommodate all its staff under one roof. The gross floor area of the six floor building is 6,800 sm. It has central light wells to provide natural light into all the internal offices of the building. Air-conditioning is by package units on each floor. The building is clad externally with 50 mm x 50 mm ceramic tiles framing aluminum curtain walls in parts.
